MingScope separates birth normalization, deterministic chart calculation, rule evaluation and narrative generation. Calculable facts are fixed first; AI may explain the Fact Pack, but it cannot rewrite it.

Global birth normalization
Birthplace, IANA timezone, historical DST, coordinates and true-solar-time correction are handled as a separate layer.
Traceable interpretation
Interpretations stay linked to Rule IDs and a Fact Pack hash so generated language cannot silently alter chart facts.

The product is a pipeline with explicit inputs and outputs, not one oversized prompt.
Normalize place and time
Resolve the birthplace to coordinates and timezone, with historical DST and true-solar-time correction when applicable.
